Well, we finally got an offer on our house. We are just just waiting for the appraisal, that should be done by February 12th. We are going to be taking a really big hit, but we are okay with it as long as we have that headache out of the way. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we can get out of my parents house and into a place of our own.
